If you are not satisfied with the course content, you may request a refund within 14 days of enrolment, provided that you have not accessed more than 20% of the course materials. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to refunds@soundforgeacademy.com.au. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

SoundForge Academy reserves the right to refuse a refund if we believe that the refund request is not genuine or if you have violated these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property
